SAVE stands for Stand by me: Addressing Social Workers' Vulnerability to Support Youth From Social Exclusion.

This project aims to recognize and protect professionals who work with minors in vulnerable situations.

The goal is to analyze these critical issues and identify good practices to improve their work well-being.

SAVE studies the labor market of social workers in Italy, with a particular focus on those working with minors in vulnerable situations.

Using an interdisciplinary approach that combines psychology, sociology, and economics, the project explores the factors influencing the work life quality of social workers.

SAVE collects both qualitative and quantitative data to develop practical tools. In addition to research, it promotes dialogue and creates resources for professionals.
